The new round of basic education curriculum reform has officially carried out in 2001,which demands to change the old teaching methods that teachers keep teaching endless, students keep listening to the teacher and no voice. At the same time, the new curriculum reform advocates the classroom teaching should take the student as the main body, try to motivate students' learning initiative and enthusiasm, teachers no longer have absolute control for the classroom teaching. By the new curriculum reform, Dulangkou middle school in Shandong province and Donglumiddle school in Jiangsu province put forward to the learning case led studied model of teaching, which guide students to become the host in classroom teaching according to the practical teaching. By the new policy nationwide popularization, the new teaching model has entered into mathematics classroom for some junior middle school in Gansu province. It changes students become the main body in the classroom, teachers are organizers, guiders and cooperators of student's study. Aiming at improving the efficiency of classroom teaching and laying the foundation for the all-round development of students.The study mainly take 4 middle schools as research objects in Gansu province, in which the learning case led studied model of teaching has been carried out for a period of time. The paper made some understanding and analysis about the present situation for the implementation of the junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching. Literature analysis, investigation study and classroom observation are the main research methods for this paper. The main purpose is that the details of mathematics guidance case writing should been clearly known, the teaching results and existing problems in junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching should been seen by the investigation. And in view of the problem, we can find out suggestions and countermeasures that have theoretical and practical significance. It makes the new model become more effective in the course of junior middle school mathematics teaching.It is found that the new teaching model has achieved certain success in the junior middle school mathematics teaching, such as the students' academic record and various kinds of abilities have a little increase, teachers' teaching ability also have certain increase. However, some problems are found in the implementation and writing for the case of mathematics teaching, such as teachers and students don't have enough attentions to the value of math guidance case, the writing process of case lacks of the participation of students, the questions from students' discussion in classroom teaching don't have be solved flexibly by teacher, mathematical exploration still stay on the surface, and the participation of students is inequalities in class. At the same time, the structure of the collected math guidance cases have been analyzed simply in this paper, we try to find out the advantages and disadvantages and hope that the school can learn each other in the writing process of guidance case, make it become more perfect and can better service for the students.Finally, based on some problems in this study, the paper puts forward to three suggestions which cover the implementation of the model, guidance case writing and classroom teaching.
