Since the reform and opening up, both urban and rural areas, economic development and improvement of people's life have achieved great success. Because of the special regional position of the urban and rural areas, In urban and rural areas of the combination of school is encountered the unprecedented education complex problems,only child, single parent families, throwback guardianship, left behind students, street children and so on. These complex problems has become placed in general education are before the grim task.This paper based on the research on the transformation strategy of the backward students in urban and rural areas, and the basic problems of the backward students in urban and rural areas, and the reasons for the generation of backward students in urban and rural areas, and to explore the practical strategies of transforming backward students.This paper mainly consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction, which analyzes the necessity of the research on the transformation of the backward students in urban and rural areas, and analyzes the purpose and significance of the research on the transformation from the perspective of theory and practice. The second part is the literature review.
