With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China,the rural-urban fringe primary school began to appear,and due to the complexity of the socio-economic and cultural environment in which it is located,it gradually received extensive attention from all walks of life.In the urban and rural fringe primary schools,there are often many children of migrant workers,more children of left-behind children,parents' education level is generally not high,parents do not pay enough attention to education,etc.The transformation of the eugenics into the rural and urban integration of the primary school teacher needs to be solved and deeply difficult work.Therefore,this study choose yantai urban and rural integration of primary school as the research site,with the school successfully transformed to the head teacher of eugenics as case study object,through the method of interview to collect the four cases,the teacher in charge successfully transformed to eugenics in sorts through these cases and description,on the basis of analysis of the tactics of the teacher in charge successfully transformed to eugenics,in order to provide reference for urban and rural integration of primary school teacher in charge into stay healthy birth.This study specifically analyzes the cases of the four head teachers in the rural-urban integration elementary school who successfully transformed the students to be eugenics,and finds that the effective strategies for the head teachers in the rural-urban integration elementary school to transform the students to be eugenics are as follows:(2)treat students fairly and strictly and trust them;(3)grasp the characteristics of the urban and rural integration of the primary school to eugenics,to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the students;(4)find out the causes of various problems in students' development through observation,conversation,home visit and other channels;(5)seek effective methods of eugenics transformation through self-reflection,such as adopting homework stratification,insisting on positive guidance,and utilizing the influence of role models;(6)actively utilize home-school cooperation for transformation.In the case,the head teacher of the rural-urban combination elementary school adopted some common and different strategies to transform the students,which exactly reflects the different characteristics and causes of each student.Therefore,there is nodefinite method for the teacher in charge of the primary school in the urban-rural integration department to treat the excellent students,and the teacher in charge to treat the excellent students' positive transformation depends on them to go deep into the students' hearts,according to the characteristics and reasons of the students to find suitable methods to teach students according to their aptitude.
