Any group will have the difference between advanced and backward,the same is true in the management work of the school,the phenomenon of backward students in the class is inevitable,the phenomenon is also a problem that cannot be ignored in the educational management.Especially in rural areas,the "backward students" more group,the problem is more prominent,many teachers are facing the problem of low success of backward students.On the one hand,the ordinary high school in rural areas,if the management problem of backward students have not been paid more attention and studied deeply,for those who are about to become adults,or to enter the university to study,or into the social work of this group of young students in the backward layer is very unfavorable,and it will make a lot of adverse effects in the smooth develop ment of school education,and even make very bad influences in the society.On the other hand,the transformation of the backward students in the school work is mainly done by the teacher in charge of a class.The management level and educational idea of the teacher in charge of a class,to a large extent,determines the results of the transformation of backward students,therefore,this study selects the high school teachers in charge of a class in rural areas for the transformation of backward students as the research object.In the course of the study,the study combines the theory of MBO,using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,supplemented by interview research method,to investigate the importance of the teacher in charge of the transformation of backward students,goal setting method,the implementation process and the transformation of evaluation status.The study found that rural high school teacher pay more attention to education of backward students,they know that the good class,the relationship between teachers and students,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,mutual relations of teachers,peer relations will have a positive role in the transformation of backward students,but there is a lack of effective planning,transformation of evaluation criteria is not clear;do not know how to carry out target decomposition management;work pressure,the actual results and the results of the conversion is not commensurate,and so on.This research from the goal to improve the target and planning;transformation in the implementation of the class management atmosphere,teacher-student relationship,powermanagement perspective;optimization evaluation of transformation from three aspects of the in-depth study of the use of objective management theory promote the transformation of backward students.At the end of the study,the use of scientific methods of target management theory and the theory of goal setting,planning,implementation,target evaluation of these three aspects,analysis of backward management strategy transformation of the students from different angle key.At the same time,we should consider the defects of MBO by seeking truth from facts,and analyze the difficulties of target management applied to the transformation of backward students in rural areas,and lay the foundation for further research in the future.In a word,the research on the management of backward students in high school in rural areas is of great significance.The teacher for the management of students can not be ignored,so the teacher in charge of a more effective management,it is one of the important prerequisites for the realization of the goal of the transformation of the backward students in rural areas.
