High school physics is a basic course of science learning in senior high school and it is responsible to improve students' science literacy.However, in the process of learning physics, most students think that physics is a very difficult course, so there are many physics-backward students in general high school educations.In teaching, a kind of backward students attracts the author's attention. They hold correct learning attitudes, and spend quite a lot time and energy on physics learning, but their grades of physics are not good. They are confused about physics learning and don't have confidence on their ability of learning physics, which makes the author focuses on learning efficiency. If some teaching strategies can improve their learning efficiency, no matter how much progress it makes, it must improve their psychological status greatly, and then it can make students better and better. This can improve their grades of physics at last, and it can provide a brand-new way to improve the physics-backward students. Therefore, this study takes how to improve physics-backward students by increasing their learning efficiency of physics.This thesis defines physics-backward students by documentary method: in high school learning, students with normal intelligence and good mental and physical heath have difficulties in physics learning, which makes their grades of physics in a long-term and stable low position or physical inefficient. In this case,physics learning efficiency refers to the ratio between knowledge and ability acquired by students and the time and effort consumed by students in the process of physics learning.Then I set questionnaire by using the method of investigation and conducted a sample survey on all the students who are in grade one in the south of Zaozhuang No.16 senior high school, founding that the main reason of physics-backward students with low efficiency are: weak in physical learning motivation system,without goodphysical learning habits, improper learning methods,poor in basic knowledge.Then under the instruction of constructivism learning theory, weiner attribution,meta-cognition theory, maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the author put forward the teaching strategy transformation towards how to improve physics-backward students' learning efficiency.Finally,by using the experimental method, the author selected two classes from 4classes which he was teaching as the experimental class and another two classes as the control class to do a comparison research on the teaching strategy transformation. The study showed that the proposed teaching strategy transformation had a great effect on improving physics-backward students' learning efficiency evidently.Hoping that this study can not only improve the learning situation of physics-backward students and enrich the theoretical study on the transformation of students with learning difficulties, but also provide some reference for further promoting the reform of the new curriculum.
