Predicament And Countermeasure To Cultivate Outstanding Doctors’ Medical Humane Quality

The defect of higher education massification,the challenges that development bri nging to medical education,and unprecedented the doctor-patient relationship tension undoubtedly constitute the background of the "Outstanding Doctor Education Trainin g Plan".In 2012,in order to implement the "National Medium and Long-Term Educat ion Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)",follow "The Central Comm ittee of the Communist Party of China,the Opinions of the State Council on Deepenin g the Reform of Medical Health System" and promote the comprehensive reform of th e education of clinical medicine,the ministry of education and the ministry of health j ointly organized the implementation of the "Outstanding Doctor Education Training P lan"."Outstanding Doctor Education Training Plan" aims to cultivate a group of highquality practical medical talents to adapt to the era,strengthen the cultivation of medic al students clinical practice ability,promote early clinical,much clinical and clinical r epeatedly,and stressed to cultivate medical students care for patients,respect for the li fe and noble medical humanities qualities.Outstanding is more excellence,better than general and better than mediocrity.A s a result,higher standards to cultivate medical talents both in quality of skill of medic al knowledge and in medical humanities are put forward in "Outstanding Doctor Educ ation Training Plan".Since 2012,the reformation of the training to medical knowledg e and skills in the pilot medical colleges has been widely carried out,with relatively la gging reform in cultivation of the quality of medical students’ medical humanities.In the investigation,some humanities class teachers involved in pilot class have no awar eness of that they are teaching the experimental class,also do not understand "Outstan ding Doctor Education Training Plan".The defect of higher education massification led to the decline of talents training quality.Combined with the negative effect of high-tech development and market econ omy,the doctor’s medical humanities quality is worrying.In this context,how to impr ove the medical humanities quality of doctors,to realize the goal of cultivating target in "Outstanding Doctor Education Training Plan" and meet the social demand for high-quality doctors,is a new subject worth studying by medical education workers.Based on the study of Predicament and Countermeasure to Cultivate Outstanding Doctors’ Medical Humane Quality,the research use the method of literature study,e mpirical investigation and comparative analysis.First of all,this study formed a revie w by generalizing the related research both at home and abroad,interpreting the relev ant concepts,and reviewing the doctors humanity quality change historically.On this basis,using empirical research methods of questionnaire and in-depth interview,this r esearch investigates the first three pilot medical colleges in Liaoning province,learns the present situation of outstanding doctor medical humanities quality education and a nalyzes the data.Then the research induces outstanding doctor medical humanities qu ality cultivation dilemma is: lack of outstanding education idea to guidance,effective measures to guarantee,the inner motive power of the pursuit of excellence,and good environment to support.Finally the research puts forward some countermeasures to o utstanding doctor medical humanities quality education from the following aspects: th e outstanding education idea--leading outstanding doctors medical humanities quality education,medical humanistic spirit--the core of outstanding doctor medical humanis tic quality education,high-quality teachers--the safeguard of outstanding doctor medic al humanities quality,creating good campus culture,and improving doctor medical hu manities practice ability.
