Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideological & Political Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the continuous development of the internet and the integration of the global economy, the diversification of the ideological and cultural communication becomes more rapid and more complex. The ideological and political education of students' in higher vocational colleges is facing a new complex domestic and international environment; there are many problems to be solved, and reforms and innovation measuresto be taken.This essay takes Guangzhou Modern Information Engineering Vocational and Technical College as an example, using literature method, comparative method, investigation methodetc, analysesthe problems of ideological and political educationcommonly existing in current higher vocational colleges and universities, and tries to put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems from the perspective of educational philosophy, educational content, the way of education, education methods, and education guarantee mechanism. This essay tries to use the theory and practice it has got to promote the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.This study believes that the problems of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges can be analyzed from four aspects:students, teaching content & curriculum, teachers' team and security mechanism. Study finds that the main problems are:Students' ideal and faith there is confusion, learning, lack of motivation, low moral quality, lack of cultural quality, and poorauto-discipline; educational contents and curriculum do not match pan political trend, teaching materials and systems are slower than the times,unscientificcurriculum; educational philosophy is of deviation, uneventeachers' level, lack of diverse teaching methods, protection mechanism is not perfect, all levels of leadersand teachers do not pay enough attention tooutstanding performance, and evaluation system is not perfect.According to the above analysis, this study obtains the following suggestions:firstly, for the ideological and political education in current higher vocational colleges and universities, it is necessary to be human-oriented, and to take the students as the main body, the traditional and contemporary international perspective are both important in ideological and political education; secondly, Chinese traditional classics and the advanced culture should become the important content of the education of Ideological and political education; thirdly, quality education, social practice and the position of network are all good waysof ideological and political education, The socialist core values is the spiritual core of ideological and political education;fourthly, the comprehensive styles, teaching styles, infiltration styles and modern styles are the good methods of Ideological and political education; finally,it is important to strengthen organizational leadership and the division of labor collaboration, to optimize the contingent of teachers, and to perfect the assessment system is guarantee measures of Ideological and political education.
