In view of our boundless learning career,learning in primary school is the initial stage of entire life studying,and accordingly,the study in lower grades of primary school is the basis of primary school study.Only if students develop good study habit in the course of lower grades studying in primary school,and lay a solid foundation for study,can students gain better results and accomplishments in their prospective development.As the educational reform implementation has launched,the classroom management has been changing greatly.On June 2001,the Ministry of Education issued a “Basic Education Curriculum Reform(trial implementation)”and has already implemented the reform.On December 2011,the Ministry of Education issued Nineteen Curriculum Standards for disciplines of compulsory education like Chinese and other subjects.In2012,the issue of Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers(trial implementation)is referred to optimize the current lower grades classroom management.Thus,it is a serious issue confronting us how to effectively manage classroom.Students in lower grades of primary school are mainly at the age of 6 to 8,and one of their special characteristics is being lively and active.Therefore,teachers in primary school are required to develop their intelligence in education for constructing an effective and interesting primary school classroom instruction.Classroom has long been the instruction platform on which teacher teaches students since ancient times.Classroom activities are known for enabling students to learn basic cultural knowledge under the instruction of teacher.Students are the subordinates of teacher.Having researched the classroom management abroad,this paper finds out that the management mode like bureaucratic management and single administration which are commonly adopted to manage the classroom in China has already been abandoned.The ineffective classroom managements have a strong impact on reducing the teaching quality and jeopardizing the development of students' individual characters.According to the New Curriculum Standard,classroom activities should both instruct the knowledge form teaching materials to students and comprehensively develop students' individual characters and abilities.Thus,researching the current situation of classroom management,analyzing the problems existing in current classroom management activities and putting forward the effective classroom management measures are required great importance.This paper analyzes the problems existing in classroom management towards lower grades and proposes the countermeasures for resolving these problems,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.The paper consists of five parts,and the first part of which is introduction presenting the background and significance of research,theory review,literature review,research thinking process and approach;the second part of which analyzes the problems existing in the classroom management towards lower grades in primary school;the third part of which analyzes the cause of problems existing in the classroom management towards lower grades in primary school;the fourth part of which puts forward the countermeasures for optimizing the classroom management towards lower grades in primary school;the last part of which concludes the entire paper.This paper completes the full research by means of adopting observation and analysis,document literature,questionnaire survey and interviewing.The method of observation and analysis is attributed to certain teaching experience of author which enables him to observe and analyze the classroom management activities in the daily classroom activities.The essence of literature review method is that this paper collects a number of research literatures related to effective classroom management towards lower grades and lays a solid foundation for this paper's analysis.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper receives more comprehensive and actual current situation of classroom management towards lower grades in primary school.What is novel about this research is that the research objective is lower grades classroom management,and presently,the research of this field is rather little.Accordingly,this paper is committed to conduct the pertinent research as to play a small but effective role in completing the research of lower grades classroom management.Whereas,this paper is limited and deficient in issuing questionnaires and scoping the research focus,as well as in building he research structure.The prospective development and improvement are required of the paper for further study and research.
