Class is the basic organization unit of school education and teaching,an important place for students to study,live and grow,and the main position for class managers to effectively realize class management.Primary school is the initial stage of China's basic education.The class management of primary school can help students adapt to campus life,improve their self-restraint ability,cultivate a sense of collective honor,and form good learning and living habits.Especially the lower grade students have poor self-control ability in the learning process.Many teaching tasks need to be supervised by teachers and parents,so we should strengthen the primary education.The management of lower grade classes is of great significance to promote the all-round development of students,and it is also an important embodiment of the level of school education management.Taking H primary school in Wanzhou District of Chongqing as an example,this paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey and field interview to investigate the current situation from four aspects: the concept of class management,the mode of class management,the system of class management and the subject of class management.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the concept of class management,such as unclear concept of class management,one-sided goal of class management,lack of class management plan;there are some problems in the way of class management,such as single class management method,autocratic class management process,poor communication between teachers and students;there are some problems in the system of class management,such as unreasonable class management evaluation system,incomplete class management assessment content and imperfect class management team construction.The main subject of class management has some problems,such as the low enthusiasm of the head teacher,the low participation of the subject teachers,and the lack of family school cooperation mechanism.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the class management of primary school from the four aspects of school,head teacher,subject teacher and parents: firstly,the school lacks the incentive mechanism for the head teacher,the management training for subject teacher,and the large class size increases the difficulty of class management;secondly,the head teacher's class management ability is insufficient,the implementation of quality education motivation is not enough,and the correct view of students is not established;thirdly,there are deviations in the role orientation of subject teachers,lack of ways to participate in management,and less cooperation with head teachers;fourthly,parents and teachers are inconsistent in the concept of education,inappropriate education methods for students,weak sense of participation in class management.In view of the problems existing in the class management of the lower grades of primary schools,this study puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies: the school should establish an effective incentive mechanism,strengthen the training of subject teachers,increase resource investment,and implement the standard class;the head teacher should improve the ability of class management,update the concept of class management,and establish a correct outlook on students;the subject teachers should correctly position themselves correctly position their roles,broaden management channels and actively cooperate with management;parents should change their educational ideas and methods,and actively participate in the management.
