Research On Wenzhou Private Capital Investment In Youth Sports Talents Training

This paper used literature research,case study,logical analysis and other research methods,which started with the documentation,and based on the comprehensive analysis of the contradictions of the youth sports training in China.It is obvious that the shortage of talents in a “the whole nation system” mode,with the 18 large third plenary session of the party's“decision”spirit as the instruction,comprehensively deepening the sports reform as the research background,the problem consciousness as the breakthrough point,and“the public goods theory”and“transaction cost theory”as the theoretical support,and do a research on Wenzhou private capital investment in youth sports training study with the case method.According to public product theory,the professional cultivation of athletes should not only rely on the government,but also the combination of the market and the third department.Therefore,this article selects four cases of privately operated capital investment in youth sports training,the same characteristics of the four cases are privately operated capital investment,athletes received the training are at the base of accomplishment of nine-year compulsory education,and they have obtained excellent performance,as outstanding talents of competitive sports for country.Through the in-depth analysis of the case,we understand the cultivation mode,procedure,characteristics,trends,and advantages of the private capital investment in youth sports talent,and explore innovation path for the youth sports training.On the one hand,the professional cultivation of athletes is a response to nation's “Loosen to open”move for private capital investment,on the other hand,it can be used as a adjunct model of competitive sports talents cultivation of“the whole nation system”,to contribute to the sustainable development of our country competitive sports enterprise.And we draw the following basic conclusion:Firstly,the model of Wenzhou private capital investment in talent training already has an effect,and the proportion of athletes gender is in coordination,athletes are high in participating in training,however the coach number is insufficient,and our society lacks a lot number of highly educated and high titles coach comparative.Secondly,as a kind of important organization form of market-oriented operation,the mode of private capital investment in talent training promotes the separation of Government ownership and control,the effective combination of resources and management of different subjects,and provides a development platform for each subject's play of advantage.Thirdly,the mode of cultivating the private capital investment in youth sports talent transports a large number of outstanding potential sports talents for city sports school and provincial sports school.Fourthly,through the personnel training mode,the contradictions between athletes training has been alleviated,and the athlete's talent rate also has been improved,what's more,the youth sports training market-oriented and socialized speeding up at the same time.Finally,the single model of government investment of youth sports training has gradually transformed into the diversification direction of joint investment among the government?social forces?enterprises and individuals and so on,which combinated government grants and the fundraising social sports organizations.
