The Swot Analysis And Research Of Outdoor Sports Development In Wenzhou

Wenzhou has its unique advantages to hold outside sports,and with the propulsion of China's national fitness strategy,the outdoor sports is developing rapidly,and in recent years,Wenzhou has successively held various levels of outdoor sports.The development of outdoor sports in Wenzhou is toward characteristic and branding,but the development of Wenzhou outdoor sports is lack of effective market competition on the way to build brand,the special outdoor sports can't continue in Wenzhou,the outdoor sports development are facing the bottlenecks.Therefore,starting from the needs of national fitness national strategy development,to meet numerous people as the goal of promoting the development of the outdoorsports,this research analyses the present situation of Wenzhou outdoor sports development and put forward strategic innovation.This paper takes Wenzhou outdoor sports as the research object,using the literature material method,field survey method,expert interview law,case analysis,logic analysis,based on SWOT theory dimension,we summarized and analyzed the present situation of outdoor sports in Wenzhou.The SWOT analysis theory is used to know about the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats aspects of development of outdoor sports in Wenzhou,and the advantages are mainly manifested in: rich in natural resources,good air quality,a dynamic outdoor sports market;Disadvantages mainly displays in: the competition propaganda and social influence is not high,management mechanism is not perfect and the lack of commercial development;Opportunities mainly displays in: the related policy encourage it actively,the return of Wenzhou businessmen and the enhance of people's living consumption level unceasingly,the successful experience of hosting large events;Threat mainly displays in: the impact of China's outdoor sports environment,lack of Wenzhou local characteristics of outdoor sports.In order to guide the future development of outdoor sport in wenzhou,on the base of a real understanding of the current situation of the development of outdoor sports in Wenzhou,this paper formulated the corresponding outdoor sport development strategies:(1)clear the position of outdoor sports development to establish development strategy;(2)improve the event management system to improve the management level;(3)enhance the promotion of outdoor sports and promote its social influence;(4)adjust outdoor sports event operation mode to accelerate the development of commercial value.(5)improve the outdoor sports regulatory mechanism to maintain the market order.Hope to provide reference for the future development of outdoor sport in Wenzhou and promote the construction of Wenzhou outdoor sports brand.
