Since the reform and opening up,China’s higher education has got a rapid development,the number and size improved quickly.The quality of higher education institutions has been continuously improved;the level of higher education institutions has been continuously perfect.As an important component of higher education,Vocational College access to sound and rapid growth,art colleges and universities also have mushroomed developed,art students in the enrollment surge.Compared with other types of college students,art college students have their unique art of thinking,personality,behavior and other characteristics.Therefore,to explore the art work of ideological and political education,pertinence,effectiveness,is particularly important.In this paper,the Art Institute of Anhui A Case Study of the ideological and political education to college students’ political and moral values as the focus of research,to carry out the investigation and study,summarize Ideological State of Art Students of the general laws of personality and behavior characteristics,with the combination of trying to find out the problem with the lack of ideological and political education of art in existence,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The focus of this article is the fourth and fifth part of the paper,through the analysis of a survey of data can be drawn: The plight of the current art college students’ ideological and political education from the art itself is unique,and the ideological and political education of art college students of the prior art can not make adjustments for their specificity.In this paper,starting from the current situation,several recommendations are given in the following areas: First,the flexible use of methods of ideological and political education and the arts,to be individualized,rather than a doctrine to carry out the arts college students’ ideological and political education;Second,play a guiding role in ideological and political education of college students,the difference is that ordinary college students to emphasize the Professional Teachers’ German art combination “Conductive Education”;Third,the implementation of the ideological and political education management of art institutions,can not “value professional,light culture,” if that,art ideological and political education become a mere formality.
