Research On The Psychological Health Problems And The Solutions Of Higher Vocational College Students

Comparing with the students from regular institutions of higher education,the higher vocational college students have the generality and their specialties.Their social recognition is relatively lower,so they might not have a proper control of their sentiment when they come across serious problems and thus bringing about the psychological health problems.To complete this paper,the author conducts an investigation on the psychological health status of the students from the Higher Vocational College of A(College A)and their psycho-health instruction condition,concludes the problems concerned,analyses the causes and puts forward the counter solutions to the problems.First,the author concludes the psychological problems of the students of College A after the investigation,such as the inferiority complex,anxiety,depression and autism.The causes are mainly around their family,the schools,the society and their relatively-lower educational level.Second,the author carries out an investigation on the condition of the psycho-health instruction condition of College A,and finds out the problems in the psycho-health instruction in the higher vocational institutions:the deficiency of instruction consciousness,the poor integration of the psychological instructing forces,the insufficiency of the psychological instruction activities,and the shortage of the educational methodology of intervention in the psycho-health instruction.The colleges per se,the instructors and the society are the main causes of the inadequacy in every aspect as mentioned.At last,the author proposes the counter solutions to the psycho-health instruction in the higher vocational institutions:enhancing the instructional consciousness of the psycho-health,improving the instructors' intervention in the psycho-health guidance,enriching the psycho-health instructional activities,and promoting the methods of psycho-health instruction.
