Undertaking the great social responsibility and public expectation, the university student counselors dedicate themselves to the heavy work. As a result, they stay in an extremely exhausted state physically and emotionally in a long period. However, the result of counselors' work is not proportional to their pay. This results in counselors' low professional self-identity. The status of higher vocational college counselors is especially concerned. The quality of students is lower compared with undergraduates. It's difficult to conduct ideological and political education. The students' consciousness of study is not strong enough and their self-discipline is poor as well. All of these lead to a more widespread and serious job burnout among higher vocational college counselors. It restricts the development of both higher vocational colleges and their counselors to a certain extant. To prevent and release counselors' job burnout becomes an urgent problem to be solved currently. It helps students ideological and political work be carried out smoothly and social stability and development to solve this problem.The research on release and countermeasure of job burnout has become a hot point of research in numerous fields. The scholars in various fields have tried to present their own models to release or solve job burnout. In latest years, there have been a lot of scholars trying to propose motivation approaches to release counselors' job burnout. Yet few people use contemporary motivate comprehensive model to solve this problem. After referencing the implications of applying motivate mechanism to release or solve the job burnout from home and abroad, focusing on a higher vocational college in Guangxi, this paper analyzes the phenomenon and reasons of counselors'job burnout thoroughly with contemporary comprehensive motivate mechanism model. Meanwhile, it proposes a countermeasure to solve the problems of higher vocational college counselors'job burnout according to theoretical model.
