In recent years, "CPC Central Committee and State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education"," The Views of the Class Teacher and Counselor of the Ministry of Education on Higher Education" and the "Regulations on Counselors in Ordinary Higher Education " and other documents were introduced. These documents mark that the universities counselor team building has entered a new stage. To prevent and ease counselors'job burnout is the meanings which should be contained in the topic of strengthening universities counselor team building. Counselors'job burnout is the extreme psychological reaction that as well as they can't effectively cope with the pressure of work. It is also a burnout state in emotions, attitudes and behavior that under the long and height lever pressure. Counselors' job burnout can bring serious negative impact to college students' ideological and the results of political education. As we know, the higher vocational education is the important part of higher education in our country. Along with the rapid development of higher vocational education in Guangxi, the research to counselors' job burnout of higher vocational education in Guangxi will be very meaningful. On the one hand, it can deepen the theory of higher vocational college counselors'job burnout, and on the other hand, it can prevent and ease the counselors' job burnout of higher vocational colleges in Guangxi. This is relating with the healthy and sustainable development of Guangxi vocational education. Taking the Guangxi electric power professional technology college as an example, proceeding from the resource conservation theory, according to the job requirements-resources model theory, and adopting questionnaires, interviews and other methods, this paper investigates all kinds of performance and cause with counselors' job burnout that produced by high work requirements and insufficient work resources. This article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to how to intervention, alleviate counselors' job burnout, and provides the reference in order to improve the physical and mental health of counselors in higher vocational college and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Guangxi higher vocational education.
