Currently,integration of educational resources and deepening production religions become the focus of the reform and development of vocational education.From “work integrated learning” to “production religions”,school and enterprise as the two main part are cooperating deeply,and both enhance their dependence of heterogeneous resources.As the original border supply of resources is gradually breaking down,and then appears the dilemma of surface sharing and fragmented operation.While,to some extent,the Vocational Education Group as a cross-border social partnership organization can facilitate the sharing of high-level school-enterprise resource,which in order to deepen production religions and school-enterprise cooperation,and achieve integration of multiple resources.Thus,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to explore the sharing approach in the Group and promote the optimized Integration and use efficiency of the resources,for the current school-enterprise resource sharing practice barrier.From the theme of school-enterprise resource sharing,in practice for the analysis samples of school-enterprise resource sharing in the Xinhe Vocational Education Group,with the theoretical tool of social partnership,and integrated use of literature analysis and empirical investigation,the passage combs the problems of environmental missing,breadth to be widened and immature flowing-mechanism in the school-enterprise resource sharing,and combs the promotional advantages on groups,organization,and brands of Vocational Education Group.In the part of situation analysis,based on the depth research for the sharing of human resources,productive resources,derived resources and cultural resources in Xinhe Vocational Education Group.This section presents some results,which show the increasing of technical research capabilities,R & D cooperation and industry cooperation.It also analyzes the noteworthy issues in the practice,such as sharing enough depth,lack of mutual service and government split lines.In the part of countermeasures reflections,based on the practical needs of school-enterprise resource sharing and the typical cases,it includes four aspects.Firstly,tight partners sharing structure should be constructed at the Group.Secondly,distribution of main responsibility and rights should be defined in the Group.Thirdly,members of the Group focus on two-way flow of resources.Lastly,the development environment of vocational education should be planned out pf the Group.Furthermore,we should rethink the transferability of experiences,the universality of sharing,the selective of members and exemplary of development.
