This study takes the supermarket cashiers team as the object,combines thegroup work methods with human resource management in together,intervenes in arange of issues that exist in the cashier team to discuss the results of group workintervened in human resource management.Firstly,the author analysis the requirements of the clients,and discoveringthat the cashiers’problems are focused on three aspects:the sense of belongingsand cohesion of employees、emotional management and communication skills、team relationships.Based on the results of the needs assessment and the actualsituation of clients,the author design the project of group work.In the process ofpreparing, the author integrate the resources of human resource department、customer service department、cash service department,and combine the power ofsocial workers and enterprise’s manager to ensure practical work can be carriedout smoothly.Secondly,the author estimate and analysis the specific executive process ofthe group work.Five activities experienced the beginning phase、the conflict phaseand the stationary phase, the practice progress go forward one by one andcomplete successfully.For the team members,the study analysis the emotion、participation、as well as interaction、mentality at the different periods;For thesocial worker,at the same time,the study assess the skills and coping styles at thedifferent periods of the group work.Finally,according to the investigate survey data,the author assesses the effectof this activities.The research suggests that supermarket cashier intervention groupwork basically achieved the desired effect at the sense of belongings and cohesionof employees、 emotional management and communication skills、 team relationships.On overall satisfaction side,the clients have high degree ofsatisfaction;On different parts of satisfaction,the emotional management andcommunication skills、team relationships have higher degree of satisfaction thanthe part of the sense of belongings and cohesion of employees.To sum up,based on assessment of the practical progress and the practicaleffects,this article draw some conclusions:Firstly,this group work involved inhuman resource management has made certain achievements;Secondly,mostemployees are willing to participate in group activities,willing to try toaccommodate the different forms of social work methods;Thirdly,social workintervened into enterprise human resource management is a way that feasible.
