Young teachers are energetic,enthusiastic about education,and look forward to achieving self-worth in education.In education and teaching work,they strive to enhance themselves.After a period of tempering,some young teachers have been able to work independently,but some young teachers have progressed slowly.This situation reveals some of the shortcomings of young teachers: The difficult point to the teaching material is difficult to accurately control;Their teaching is single;They lack effective teaching methods and classroom management experience;They lack the ability to communicate effectively with students;When paying far greater than the harvest,it will lead to job burnout;They lack the sensitivity of research;They lack the confidence of professional development and they are not clear about their future plans.Lack of planning and professional development confidence,their future planning is not clear.In the meantime,due to the large number of examinations and inspections conducted by teachers in schools,young teachers are struggling to deal with them,which makes it hard to concentrate on teaching research by means of reading literature,investigation and research,and so on,and the promotion of professional development is limited.Based on the current situation of the junior middle school teachers 'professional development,this article explores the problems which the young teachers emerge in their professional development.Based on the characteristics of the young teachers,this article analyzes the underlying causes,explores the ways to solve the problems,and tries to provide improvement strategies for the professional development of junior high school teachers.In this paper,101 young teachers from Zhengzhou No.X Middle School(hereinafter referred to as X secondary schools)are used as the research objects,and the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case law and so on are used synthetically to analyze and summarize the data.The article summarizes the law of their professional development,analyzes the existing problems and solutions.Based on the questionnaire survey of young teachers in X Middle School inZhengzhou City,the author finds out the advantages of the professional development of young teachers in X Middle School.Their advantages are that they have a higher degree of education,a professional ideal,and a sense of innovation.Their shortcomings are lack of pre-service professional practice,lack of awareness of career planning,lack of awareness of scientific research;Effective ways for schools to promote the professional development of young teachers include the Green Blue Project,the "six ones" activities,and the professional training of teachers.However,the school also has shortcomings,such as the lack of school-based teaching and research atmosphere,the lack of professional training opportunities and targeted;the evaluation system is single;young teachers are difficult to join the staff and promotion;the hardware facilities are not complete,the treatment of teachers is not high,and so on.According to the overall situation of individual teachers and schools,the author puts forward that young teachers should take root in teaching,make up for the shortage of pre-employment practice,plan teachers' career independently,participate in scientific research project actively.As a support system,schools should set up educational platforms to diversify the learning paths and opportunities of young teachers,and excellent teachers should play a leading role in the demonstration,and improve the training system and evaluation system of young teachers,and create team atmosphere and distribute performance reasonably.This paper makes some suggestions to the government.It includes improving the environment of public opinion,enhancing the professional pride of young teachers,perfecting the educational system of teachers,helping the professional development of young teachers,administering education according to law,ensuring the professional development of young teachers,and so on.
