The report of the 17th CPC National Congress points out that we should completely carry out the educational policy which is 'educate students with top priority given to cultivating their moral integrity'. The Ideological and Moral Education in junior high school is the main channel to conduct the Moral Education among junior high school students.And advancing Junior high school thought moral young teachers' professional development actively is the key to holding on to the policy that moral education come first among junior high school students.The young teachers are the main force of junior high school thought moral teachers ,and to some extent,the future of the Junior high school thought moral young teachers can be seen as the future of the Ideological and Moral Education of junior high school.Junior high school thought moral young teachers'professional development,which can have a great influence and even decide the sustainable development of the whole teaching staff of junior high school,directly determine if the moral curriculum reform is a success or failure.Taking Junior high school thought moral young teachers in Ji'nan City as the research object, investigating and making a comprehensive analysis about the current situation of Junior high school thought moral young teachers' professional development, can really has some certain directive significance to the practicing of teaching.Based on reviewing a lot of documents as well as investigating and researching deeply,this dissertation gives a deep analyzing and thinking about the problems and drawbacks of the Junior high school thought moral young teachers'professional development from the theory and the practice by using the theory of teachers' professional development and the demand for the new curriculum reform.The content includes four main parts which are the outline of Junior high school thought moral young teachers' professional development,the investigation of present situation of Junior high school thought moral young teachers' professional development in Ji'nan City,the analysis of obstacles to Junior high school thought moral young teachers' professional development and the discussion about the strategies of how to implement the Junior high school thought moral young teachers' professional development. The innovation and the analysis of this dissertation is to combine teachers' professional development and the Ideological and Moral Educating in junior high school and Junior high school thought moral young teachers with each other and come to a conclusion after the investigation and interview with Junior high school thought moral young teachers in Ji'nan City ,which is representative and pointed in some aspects.The methods that this dissertation mainly adopts are document analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and observational method.Sincerely hopes that the research of the subject can be beneficial in some ways to the young teachers who engaged in the Ideological and Moral Education of junior high school and under theory guidance they can carry out the Ideological and Moral Education in a better way and finally achieve the goal of improving professional development.
