Since China's reform and opening up,along with the development of market economy,money idea thorough popular feeling,occupy the mainstream market,meanwhile,the vigorous development of private schools has a tendency to replace public schools into the mainstream,also became an important part of our country economy of non-public ownership,especially the private junior high school in non-government education plays a very important role.Therefore,attention should be paid to the professional development of young teachers in ideological and political courses in private junior middle schools.This research will be based on the actual situation of young teachers in ideological and political courses in private junior middle schools,and based on teacher professional development theory,theme needs theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,to conduct a systematic research on the current situation of young teachers in ideological and political courses.General Secretary Xi put forward that education should be the foundation of the century-old plan.Teachers should be the foundation of the education plan.Therefore,teacher professional development is also an urgent problem to be solved at present.Private teachers are the driving force for the sustainable development of private schools and play an indelible role in the development of social education.Under the concept of the new curriculum reform,the professional development of teachers affects every aspect of students' education and teaching all the time.It is extremely urgent for private schools to train expert teachers and high quality teachers.This paper mainly adopts the narrative research method and interview method.On the basis of sorting out the existing interview data and combining with the research results at home and abroad,this paper conducts an investigation and research on the professional growth of teachers,and adopts the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative research to analyze and study the professional growth of young teachers in ideological and political courses in a multi-dimensional way.It is found that under the influence of external environment,private teachers are very good at improving students' performance,but they ignore the awareness of updating their own professional knowledge and improving their own professional ability,let alone the awareness of cultivating their own professional feelings.In view of the problem of the lack of professional quality of young teachers in private ideological and political courses,this paper should take reasonable measures:First,teachers in private schools should strengthen collective discussion and share experience;Ideological and political teachers should perfect the comprehensive evaluation mechanism for students,and young teachers should perfect the class management system and carry out fine management.Young teachers should perfect the class management system and carry out fine management;Secondly,we should strengthen teachers' advanced theory learning in private ideological and political courses.Perfect the selection mechanism of young teachers;To improve the comprehensive quality of young teachers in ideological and political courses;Finally,broaden the breadth of knowledge,improve the depth and structure of knowledge of young ideological and political teachers;To enhance the teaching skills of young teachers in ideological and political courses;Strengthen the consciousness and ability of professional development of young teachers in ideological and political courses;To strengthen the professional development of young teachers in ideological and political courses.
