Mathematics education has attracted intensive attention from people all walks of life, especially from the teachers who engaged in mathematical education on the frontline, they have made great contribution to the mathematics education's development. With the development of society, in order to provide more information to the public about the application of mathematics in various aspects and let students learn mathematics in a meaningful way, our mathematics education also follows the trend of the times, carrying on the reform constantly. In the new round of the senior school textbooks' revision, there are clear requirements for the connection of mathematics content to secondary school as well as the improvement of mathematics ability. In fact, we should pay more attention to the ability's migration and development rather than learning contents. This paper mainly discusses the students' mathematical ability on migration and development, especially when they enter a higher school during the secondary school stage.Firstly, this paper investigates the real situation of students' mathematical attitude and mathematical ability through questionnaire, interview, classroom observation, etc. to find out the problems in the convergence. In the third chapter, the author analyzed the current textbooks in Hainan province as well as the math paper for senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination to comprehend the mathematical ability level required from the current course resources. This paper aims to analyze the similarities and differences under the background of middle and senior school mathematics' connection by comparing the content of senior high school entrance examination and the college entrance examination. Then the author put forward some scientific suggestions to students and teachers respectively, proposed the teachers to use mind mapping tool to link-up and weave their teaching. What's more, the author proved that the mind map teaching strategy is quite effective through an experiment. Finally, lesson fragments are used to emphasize the great influence of teachers' teaching mode on students' mathematical ability development.At last, I hope that the students can learn math independently and use the math skills they have grasped in their future life.
