Research On The Construction Of Shangrao City Secondary Vocational School Enterprise Cooperation Training Base

Vocational collegesareanimportant place to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel of production, technology, and service and management line.Establishing a good environment for training teaching has an important rolethatcan enhance students' practical ability and professionalism. Training base construction availability is also a direct impact on practice teaching effect.At current, training base construction of vocational schools in China appears some problems such as not in place under school management, not enough emphasis, the lack of an effective mechanism for base construction,and part corporate participation, which cannot meet the training teaching needs and seriously impact on the quality of teaching of vocational education. Therefore, the development of China's vocational education and achieving vocational training objectives education for qualified skilled personnel must attach importance to and strengthen training base construction of vocational schools.In this paper, as the entry point by building a training base under school-enterprise cooperation, as the guide by the modern education theory, it is combined by institution building of training base of Shangrao vocational schools, and drawn experience of key vocational institutions and foreign excellent training base construction through literature study, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods. It analyzes the background and significance of training base in the school-enterprise cooperation of vocational schools; main types, functions and characteristics and construction principles of vocational schools training base are described;comparing the domestic and foreign training base construction mode,itdeep investigates the above problems into vocational schools and enterprises in the Shangrao county and its area, a detailed analysis of current situation, problems and causes of the current situation of training bases under Shangraovocational schools can be stated. In terms of safeguards, hardware conditions, cooperation mode, management and operation mechanism and construction of double-professionally-titled teachers and others,the paper proposes measurements of co-establishingtrainingbase under school-enterprise cooperation of vocational schools.
