As the state attaches great importance to education career,the need for the construction of campus culture has become more and more important.As a secondary vocational school that differs from ordinary high schools,it will build a school culture with its own characteristics as a business card to highlight the charm of the school.Secondary vocational school is to train the social development of skilled,professional and solid knowledge-oriented,development-oriented technical skills of talent,therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises in school construction and students' development.How to promote the construction of school culture better has become a concern of secondary vocational schools in the process of strengthening cooperation.In the current research,the study of school culture in vocational schools under the cooperation of school-enterprise is concentrated on higher vocational schools,rather than secondary vocational schools.Therefore,this paper will focus on the construction of school culture in secondary vocational schools.This paper chooses the Shanghai demonstrative Vocational School---The SG Vocational School in Shanghai to study the typical case.According to the general layout of the building SG vocational school culture,this paper studies the main contents of this thesis from four different levels of campus culture,class culture,community culture and curriculum culture.This paper explores the characteristic advantages of school culture construction under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.For example.from "9S" business management to "9S" class management,the school built a five-star open training center,as well as form processing and manufacturing of professional brands.There are also some problems,through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students.For example,the connotation of campus culture level is not in place,the lack of occupation of campus construction.Class construction on the cultural level floats on the surface,poor class atmosphere,community culture is loose,the distribution of community opportunities is not fair,the environment under curriculum cultural level is poor,lack of professional teachers,etc.The paper analyzed the reason,which includes not only in social enterprise,but also in the school and students.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the above problems: Adhere to the basic principles of construction of school culture in secondary vocational schools;Clarify the general idea of school culture construction.The class construction is internalized in the heart,and to create a good atmosphere of the class;Strengthen community management and construction,promote enrichment of community activities,improve the curriculum environment,strengthen the gradient construction of professional teachers.Further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises.Strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,to build school culture with school characteristics becomes the most important part in the construction of secondary vocational schools.It is hoped that the problems raised in the study can be emphasized by the schools and cause the reflection of other vocational colleges.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote a positive role in promoting the healthy development of school culture and school construction,promote schools to continuously transfer talents to society.
