Research On The Construction Of Training Base In Secondary Vocational Colleges Based Vocational Capability

For vocational education,the training base is an integral part of it.Vocational education not only to impart knowledge to students,but also more important to the cultivation of vocational skills and professional ethics,which are based on the function of vocational training base.Actively explore the construction of a new model of school enterprise cooperation training base,construction of a number of high level,high quality,excellent resources based on the occupation ability training training base.This study attempts to occupation ability training as the logical starting point,through a new perspective,the construction of interpretation training base,and to explore the strategy for the construction of training base.This paper makes a systematic study on the construction of productive training base in higher vocational colleges.The structure and content of this paper mainly include the following aspects:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background,significance,research status,research methods,technical routes and the objectivesand contents of this study.The second part is the research on the related concepts and related theoretical basis.The main concepts of this study include training,combination,medium occupation schools and training base four;the main theoretical basis including the theory of situational learning theory and ability development.The third part is the investigation and study of the problems in the construction of the training base of Higher Vocational education.This part mainly carries on the investigation interview to the selected research object,in order to obtain the first-hand data,the main problem and the cause of the problem of the current vocational ability training base construction.The fourth part is the research on the mechanism of vocational ability training base construction.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of the construction of the third part,the main contribution of this research is put forward,namely,the construction of vocational ability training base construction mechanism.The mechanism mainly includes four aspects: training base running power mechanism,training base onstruction related function,training base evaluation mechanism,training base assessment content.
