The Research On Construction Of University Classroom Culture

With the development of economic, the scale of the higher education is expanding, and the construction of college campus culture has received more and more attention. In recent years, the party and the country has repeatedly issued to stress and guide the construction of university campus culture.Campus culture is an important part of advanced culture in our country. It is very important to construct campus culture with Chinese characteristics, trends of times, and the characteristics of universities. The classroom is an important cultural environment in universities, and classroom culture plays a special role. Classroom culture is not isolated. It is a reflection of campus culture. Meanwhile, the classroom culture helps to create a harmonious campus culture. It has become an important part of campus culture construction. Therefore, constructing the classroom culture should base on the reality of university. It will actively promote the construction of the harmonious campus and the harmonious society.In this paper, the classroom culture is an important part of campus culture, to study the classroom culture should not lack of the theories of culture and campus culture. To discuss the relationship between campus culture and classroom culture can form a systematic and comprehensive understanding. The point of the functionalism school and social school is an important theoretical basis for classroom culture study. Through a questionnaire survey and interviews, summed college classroom culture problems including material, spirit, institution and behaviors. Analysis the reasons of the problems, including that the concept of classroom culture is not advanced enough, classroom management system and institution building are lagging, teachers and students have weak sense of joining and there have no mature model of constructing classroom culture to learn. Therefore, universities should carry out classroom culture top-level design, and also should develop advanced concepts and improve classroom management-related institutions. Meanwhile, universities administrators should strengthen the construction of team, not only the administration team, but also teachers and students. Then the universities should promote the construction of classroom culture including material, spiritual, institution and behavior and should pay attention to evaluation and result feedback. At the end of this paper, it analyzes the construction practice of classroom culture of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. It will provide experiences of the classroom culture construction.The construction of the classroom culture is a long-term system. The classroom culture theories need to be in-depth. The concrete steps and mode of the classroom culture construction will also need to be refined and clear.
