The development of XinJiang rural area is relatively backward, special post teachers in a relatively closed state, in recent years, the irrational distribution of serious downsizing, lean, low quality of teachers, the treatment is not high, influence and restrict the effective implementation of the special post plan. In order to improve the enthusiasm of rural special post teachers, local government and relevant departments have issued a series of measures, and gradually solve some practical problems of rural special post teachers. But because of the imperfect matching policy, economic development is not balanced, irrational allocation of resources, protection measures are not perfect situation, the survival and development of teachers in special post is still facing many problems. Based on the study of autobiographical narrative clue, carries on the elaboration of some problems in XinJiang since the implementation of the special post plan, and how to more effectively play the role of special post plan, establish and improve the incentive mechanism of XinJiang rural special post teachers to discuss, to ensure the maximum retention of special post teachers team, enable teachers to better serve the cause of education.
