With the deepening of our country's emphasis on education,rural compulsory education has been strongly supported by our government in policy and economy in recent years.In the relevant report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is pointed out that from 2012 to 2017,China's investment in education has increased year by year,and it is mainly inclined to the arduous areas in the central and western regions.In order to promote the development of rural education,improve the overall level of rural teachers,and provide employment opportunities for college graduates,China has gradually implemented the special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education since 2006.Through years of development,the policy standard of the special post plan has been constantly improved.As the core of special post plan,special post teachers play an important role in the development of rural education.But at present,special post teachers are generally faced with heavy teaching tasks,high work pressure,lack of planning for the future and other difficulties,and the mental health level of special post teachers is generally low,there are different degrees of mental health problems.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the mental health of special post teachers.This study aims to investigate the current situation of special post teachers' anxiety,and explore the influencing factors,so as to help them ease their anxiety,correctly face the objective reality,consolidate the social support network,and improve their own sense of value and meaning of life,so as to promote their mental health.Therefore,through conditional sampling,the researchers identified three special post teachers as the research objects of practical work,and carried out practical intervention in three steps: story narration,problem externalization and story reconstruction.This study is divided into five parts:The first part puts forward the background and problems of this study.This study mainly analyzes the national policy for the development of rural education,the formation and development of special post plan,and the objective problems faced by special post teachers.The second part is literature review.First,this study defines the relevant concepts,and then summarizes and analyzes the current research status of the special post teachers,narrative therapy,anxiety emotions and teachers' mental health,discusses the application scope of narrative therapy,and the social work for the introduction of anxiety emotion,and then summarizes the enlightenment and shortcomings of the current research.The third part is the research design,which mainly introduces the ideas,contents and methods of this study.The fourth part is practical research.First of all,through the sampling questionnaire survey of the research object,to understand the personal basic situation and anxiety level;then the collected questionnaire is sorted out and analyzed,and the main influencing factors of special post teachers' anxiety are summarized,and then three research objects with different anxiety levels are selected,according to the three stages of narrative therapy,namely story narration,problem externalization and story reconstruction Case intervention.The fifth part is the discussion and conclusion of this study.The paper explores the results of the questionnaire and the problems presented in the practical research,and the practical effect of narrative therapy on the intervention of the special post teachers' anxiety and emotion cases,discusses the scope of application of narrative therapy,and then reflects on the shortcomings of this study,and summarizes the research contents of this paper.Combined with practical work and evaluation reflection,the conclusions of this study include: first,the phenomenon of anxiety in special post teachers is more common;second,narrative therapy mode has greater operability;third,narrative therapy mode is suitable for alleviating anxiety in occupational adaptability;fourth,narrative therapy effect has a greater relationship with the individual characteristics of the case owner;fifth,narrative therapy mode is suitable for alleviating anxiety in occupational adaptability,Narrative therapy has a certain effect on relieving the anxiety of special post teachers.
