Hundred years policy,education for this.In order to strengthen the teachers in the central and western regions,to balance the development of education in the central and western regions and the eastern region,to narrow the overall gap between the two regions,In 2006,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Finance,the Ministry of Personnel,and the State Commission Office of Public Sectors Reform issued the "Special post teacher program".The "special post plan" policy has been implemented for more than ten years and has achieved remarkable achievements in all aspects.Not only enrich the teaching staff in the Midwest,optimize the discipline structure,promote the teachers' professional level,at the same time,also promote the education fair,promote the overall development of national education career.the education policy,the teacher for this.As an important component of the entire teaching staff,Special post teachers importance is self-evident,The development of this huge group has a key role in the progress of national education,especially in the remote areas of the central and western regions.As a component of this group,the female teachers of special posts are more specific in their identities.The quality of their professional life has an important influence on the long-term development of education in the remote areas of central and western China.Therefore,the actual professional life of special-post female teachers in the context of the "privileged post planning" policy deserves our attention and research.Caring for the professional life of special-post female teachers is not only related to the improvement of the quality of professional life of every special-post female teachers,but also related to the professional development of the entire teaching staff.In this paper,first of all,the existing related theories are used for reference and combing.The theoretical and practical significance of studying the professional life of special-post female teachers was made clear.Teachers' professional life is a series of practical activities that teachers develop around their own professional development in a certain educational environment and in the professional field.hence,The study of the professional life of special post female teachers can not be separated from the carding and analysis of the policy evolution of "special post plan".Secondly,In the main part of this paper,The author selected teacher Y,a special female teacher S junior high school in shangcai county,henan province,as the object of investigation.To observe,record and interview the professional life of teacher Y in-depth field,And uses the method of narrative research to make a true presentation of Y's professional life.In the narrative study of it,for a better stereoscopic presentation of Y's professional life,Using a two-way narrative dimension,There are both vertical professional life,professional life and future prospects.and a lateral view of time management,space management and interpersonal relationship management of Y teacher in his professional field and daily education environment.Then,Through a comprehensive analysis of Teacher Y's professional life,It is found that there are problems such as lack of initiative in professional learning life,lack of professionalism in teaching life,lack of subjectivity in professional research life,too close and single life in interpersonal relationships,and lack of scientific and rational planning for their professional lives.At last,In view of the above problems,This paper from the aspects of the"special post plan" policy,as well as the school with a post of special teachers and special-post female teachers themselves conducted a thorough analysis of the causes and put forward some suggestions,in order to promote the level of professional female teachers in special post life better,make it a valuable and meaningful life quality,professional.
