Special post teachers are an important part of rural teachers.Their development is not only related to their own deveolopmnt,but also to the development of students,schools and the improvement of the overall quality of education in rural areas.Existing studies generally show that the retention rate of special post teachers is high,but it is puzzled by the backward working environment and living conditions,the gap between expectation and actual income,the obstruction of professional development,the low social status of special post teachers,and the inadaptability of rural teaching environment.In fact,most of the retained special post teachers are just "looking for horses on donkeys"-not forgetting to pay attention to the social recruitment examination after work,trying to find opportunities to change better jobs.In view of this,this paper mainly discusses the "special post teacher pest is the springboard or the end result of the profession?" The question,specifically,is to explore why special post teachers regard special post as a springboard for their profession.What are the main influencing factors?Why do special post teachers regard special post as their career destination?What factors attract special post teachers to take root in rural education?Special post teachers in different stages of development have their own unique and obvious individual characteristics,with strong subjective initiative,situational and holistic.Suitable for qualitative research.In order to fully understand the development trend of special post teachers,this study used educational narrative research methods to conduct a four-month investigation into the schools where special post teachers work;and live.During this period,five special post teachers were interviewed prel iminarily(two of them have been corrected)and two special post teachers were selected as the subjects of study.Two in-depth interviews and one-month participatory observation were conducted with two special post teachers.The observation included classroom teaching,office correcting homework and preparing lessons,students' activities during class,exercises and sweeping.A large number of first-hand data were collected.The collected interview records totaled 37 467 words and observantion notes totaled 32 812 words.?Through the interpretation and analysis of the life stories of two special post teachers,i t is found that:firstly,the reasons why special post becomes a springboard of occupation are mainly affected by the backward working and living environment,low welfare,fack of professional support,family needs,low social status of teachers,etc.The specific manifestation is that this part of special post teachers will continue to pay attention to various recruitment examinations after retaining their posts,with a view to Replacement of jobs and locations through re-employment.Secondly,the reason why special posts become career destination is that they can be included after the expiration of service period is the greatest attraction.In addition,the high liquidated damages and re-employment need to pay a lot of energy to make special posts teachers hesitate to re-employment.Therefore,special posts teachers who are satisfied with the status quo passively choose special posts as career destination.Based on the above findings,the author believes that in order to stabilize the special post teachers,we need to improve their living conditions,improve welfare benefits,provide professional guidance,and create a good social atmosphere to improve the social status of the special post teachers.
