Analysis Of Graduates' Employment Of Agricultural Mechanization

The talents of agricultural mechanization are the key to improve the degree of development of agricultural mechanization in China,the agricultural mechanization and automation in colleges and universities,(hereinafter referred to as agricultural machinery major),is the main way to cultivate the talents of agricultural mechanization.The employment problems of graduates of agricultural machinery major affect not only the development of agricultural machinery major in college and universities,but also the talent development of agricultural mechanization.Therefore,it is particularly important to solve the employment problems of graduates of agricultural machinery.Based on Henan Agricultural University,this study was aimed at carrying out a series of researches and related works about the graduates' employment situation of agricultural machinery and the factors of employment environment in the previous five years.1,The employment rate of graduates of agricultural machinery in colleges and universities,the patterns of employment,career development,salary and so on were understood through the research.In the current environment,the employment competitiveness of graduates of agricultural machinery is weaker,the employment rate is low,especially the employment rate of counterpart major is lower;Most of the employment status of graduates of agricultural machinery is not stable,the job-hopping in the career development happen always,job satisfaction and salary is low.2,The factors affecting the environment of graduates of agricultural machinery were analyzed in this study,such as social and economic environment,employment policy,the employment guidance of graduates and the graduates,the results showed that in the job market,the guidance related to employment policys for the major of agricultural machinery guidance is incomplete;the recognition of this major in the job market is low,the range and selective of employment range is narrow;the guidance system of employment in college is not sound,which attaches great importance to the rate of employment,ignore the quality of employment and the continuity of employment guidance,the content of guidance is too single and hard to meet students' personalized requirements;the employment value employment psychology of students are not right,the comprehensive quality is low and thepractical ability is poorer,they also lack the career planning,and the target is not clear.3,On the basis of current situation and influencing factors,combined with related theory of employment at home and abroad,some relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the employment environment and the employment rate of graduates.In social and economic environment and market environment,the government should give full play to the role of macro-control and coordinating,to improve the employment environment of graduates effectively,give full play to the guiding role of market for graduate employment;In the employment of graduate in colleges and universities,the government should build the industry-academy platform,and plan the job market to form the virtuous circle of employment system between government,society and school.4,The universities should innovate the training mode of education of agricultural machinery and reform the teaching and recruit,improve the quality of education of agricultural machinery,and explore the new training mode of talents,establish a perfect system of employment guidance,the employment guidance should be full course and continuous to cultivate the talents for social demand;The graduates should change their concept of employment,adjust the employment psychology,improve their comprehensive quality,take part in practice,and make a good career plan,etc.Through the survey and analysis of employment situation and factors affecting the employment of graduates of agricultural machinery in colleges and universities,a series of countermeasures and advice,starting from the social environment,the guidance of government employment policy,graduates' own problems,were put forward to provides a certain reference value for improving the employment rate of graduates in agricultural machinery and other majors and improve the employment environment.
