The research trend of the current educational games is focus on the balance between educational and gameplay in recent years.The hot-pot and difficulty in the field of educational games are carring out the depth of the specific integration of the way between the educational content and the game situation.The problem of the integration of the game situation and the educational content in educational game in essence is how to convey the various knowledge points in the game transfer to the game player.This process cannot lose the game itself on attractive to players,and not purely for entertainment,can not reach the required education objective.Therefore,a good education game should take a variety of game modes,set a context of the game which have reasonable and appropriate,contact with practice,can cause players resonates,allowing the player to acquisition of knowledge in the game process,capture the thinking of the enlightenment,to feel emotion sublimation.Thus realize the teaching content and teaching goal of each subject penetration into the game process.In this article,we review the case of the integration between educational games and various disciplines,definition and comparison some related notions involving game situation integrate with educational content.Focusing on analysis the external factors and internal factors which influence the effect of integration.The core argument is summarize the general rule of the "explicit" of the game situation and the "internalization" of the educational content during the process of analysis kinds of games,and construct the GIE integration theory model.Unscramble the game " Pathogen.wars " rely on the high school biology,"the immune regulation " as its knowledge background,based on the research model.Then detailing the game situation and educational content integration specific details and formation knowledge network system.Finally,carry on anempirical study of educational games,use educational game selective and targeted combined with the actual situation,form a "Wars Pathogen" performance evaluation base on organize the teacher's opinion and analysis of the questionnaire data.The study proposes the GIE integration theory model has a certain reference value guide to educational games integrate with corresponding subject knowledge,Analysis on the integration of game situation and educational content in "Pathogen.wars" also has the reference significance on how to design educational games according to the specific knowledge.
