Study on occupation burnout by experts, scholars and the generalpublic attention since the seventy’s of last century, are all the rage.Occupation burnout is produced in the working pressure of negativeemotion. While both the relevant research or real life show, teachers arethe high-risk population of occupation burnout, including preschoolteachers. Because of its education object at a younger age, preschoolteachers work is trivial, need a lot of time, effort, but in terms of wages,social respect, professional development, but facing more realisticpressure and difficulties, easy accumulation of negative emotions, easy tocause the occupation burnout. And subjective well-being is the deepbackground factors affect the work and life of people, state, reduce theoccupation burnout is of positive significance for the promotion ofteachers’ sense of subjective well-being, mitigation, prevention.This paper aims to several kindergartens in Dongsheng District ofErdos City preschool teachers as samples, to understand the teachers’subjective well-being and occupation burnout, try from the macro, meso,micro individual social organization of teachers’ subjective well-beingand occupation burnout promotion and prevention study. The occupationburnout and subjective well-being of government, education management,teacher’s individual knowledge and understanding of teachers’ sense ofproviding do everything in one’s power basis, provides the reference forthe kindergarten teachers’ occupation growth and happy life.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. This study describes the problemreason, theoretical and practical significance of research and researchrelated content. The second part is the literature review. Discusses the concept ofsubjective well-being, structure characteristics, related theory, subjectivewell-being measurement, teachers’ subjective well-being research andoccupation burnout and related definitions, theoretical model, occupationburnout and related influence factors, occupation burnout measure,teacher’s occupation burnout. To provide theoretical support for thefollowing research.The third part is the detailed design process of research. The selectionof research object, research hypothesis, expected the questionnaire andthe research mentality and the technical route, data statistics and analysismethod.The fourth part is the research results. This section presents theresearch formed on the basis of the questionnaire on the preschoolteachers’ subjective well-being and its occupation burnout of the overallsituation, the difference in marital status, age, seniority, education, salarygrade five demographic variables, and the relationship between the twoconditions.The fifth part is the discussion and analysis of results. The results ofthe condition are studied in detail, and analysis the reason of.The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestions, based on the resultsand analysis, this paper put forward to promote the teacher’s subjectivewell-being and reduce the occupation burnout and related suggestions topromote education, preschool teachers happy work, happy life.
