With the rapid development of modern society,the advent of the information era brings a positive and profound influence on many fields,especially on educational field.With the constant development of education theories and technologies,people are gradually used to learning by using fragmentary time.Micro-lectures was born at the right moment in order to meet the needs of learning.It is not only a new kind of teaching resource,but also a new kind of teaching model.It has aroused the attention of educators due to its numerous features.However,because the research of Micro-lectures starts relatively late as well as the development process is relatively complicated,most of the existing studies tend to focus on the theory,exploitation,and application of Micro-lectures.The research of quality evaluation and user satisfaction of Micro-lesson are lesser.The main research methods of this study are literature method,questionnaire method and statistical analysis method.Firstly,I would adopt literature research method to collate related documents,analyze the ideas of mature research and so on,and clear the purpose and the focus of the research.Then supported by theoretical basis of constructivism theory,micro learning theory,and customer satisfaction theory,combined with Micro-lectures quality evaluation scale and ACSI model,construct the influence factor model of primary school teachers' satisfaction degree of Micro-lectures,then put forward the hypothesis of research according to the relevant theory.Secondly,use questionnaire method.Design questionnaires according to the theoretical models that have been constructed in this paper,then conduct a pre-survey and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaires.Modify the questionnaire according to the data performance to ensure the scientificity of the questionnaires.Finally,the revised questionnaires will be distributed and recycled on a large scale.Thirdly,use statistical analysis method.I would use SPSS 19.0 statistical software to conduct sample descriptive statistics analysis and reliability analysis to the questionnaire data.Then use AMOS 24.0 statistical software to conduct confirmatoryfactor analysis and discriminant validity analysis,and then construct the structural equation model.The structural equation model would be analyzed and corrected to verify the research hypothesis.Finally,come to a conclusion: the main factors affecting satisfaction are perceived quality and perceived value,and it could be impacted indirectly by the expected quality as well.Finally,summarize the research conclusion.Present the ideas of controlling the teachers' expectation level on the Micro-lectures;pay attention to Micro-lectures' quality,establish evaluation system of Micro-lectures resources which select teachers as the evaluation subject;attach great importance to teachers' technical level,and reduce the production cost of Micro-lectures;strengthen Micro-lectures platform construction with the help of relevant national policies,and improve teachers' motivation of using Micro-lectures etc.
