As the rapid evolution of technology, the daily use of cellphones and tablets and the wide spread of wireless network, great changes have taken place in our daily life. At the same time, all the changes takes chances and challenges to the development of education. The administration takes policies and take informationize as an important task. It takes the informationize as strategies to promote the creation of vocational education. The informationize takes chances to the vocational education. Micro-lecture is the affiliate of the e-time. The research on the applying of microlecture in elementary education and higher education is in a rush, meanwhile, in vocational education is in the dark area. The function of micro-lecture in promoting the development of the revolution in vocational education does not work yet. The research on the applying of micro-lecture in specialized courses in vocational schools is beneficial to the revolution of the vocational education, digital learning and the applying of the digital resource.The research takes steps in the order: collecting the information on former research and making comments, analyzing the underlying phenomenon, collecting strategies, applying strategies, making comments on the result.1. The review on the applying of mini lessons in secondary vocational education. In this part, the paper states the definition of micro-lecture and specialized lesson in secondary vocational school. Make a discussion on the feasibility of the applying of micro-lecture in vocational schools in 3 concepts: the contents of the courses, the strategies of the courses, and environment of the courses. At the same time, the paper states the 3 basic theories: Constructivist theory; Mastery Learning theory; Ubiquitous Learning theory.2. The survey and the analyses on the current situation of the specialized courses applying in the teaching in secondary vocational schools. To discover the shortages in applying of micro-lecture, this paper built a scale in 3 concepts: the spreads of micro-lecture; the teachers` attitudes to the micro-lecture; the applying of the micro-lecture. This is an online survey.3. The strategies of the developments and the applying of specialized micro-lecture in vocational schools. This parts contents the principles of the developments and applying of the micro-lecture and the main strategies in applying of the micro-lecture. The main purposes is to spread the strategies and the principles of the micro-lecture to the teachers in secondary vocational schools.4. The implementation and the evaluation on the applying of the mini courses in secondary vocational schools. The evaluation is based on the teaching designs of a specialized course in two different majors and is taken in 2 classes in 2 schools in Guangxi. At the end of the courses, the researcher take surveys and interviews on the students in the 2 classes and analyze the outcome. The result and the conclusion of the paper is based on the self-evaluation and the evaluation of the students attending the courses.
