A Research On The Identification Of Core Talent In Characteristic Industry Town In Shandong Province

A town's economy is the foundation of the regional economic development.The development of characteristic industry has played a significant role for the ascension of town domain economy.To develop characteristic industry has become a important way for a lot of cities and towns to raise the level of urbanization development.And in the process of the development of characteristic industry in Shandong province,core talents also caused wide attention for its key role.A lot of villages and towns take it an important working content to develop talent.But what the outstanding characteristics of wise men are,and how to identify these people?This is a basic issue to develop artist.But the existing literature on talent identification work focused on the micro view of the recognition and measurement of enterprise core talents,little research have range of core talents on the perspective of town domain,especially the characteristic industry.In view of the needs of the development of characteristic industry in Shandong province and the lack of theoretical research,this article needs to build a model of core talents identification for the characteristic industry of Shandong province.First,this paper reviews domestic and foreign literature,in order to grasp the latest developments in research,and introduces the theoretical basis of this article-grounded theory and human resources management theory.Secondly,the article defines what characteristic industrial towns in Shandong province are and the importance of talent for the development of characteristic industry.Thirdly,this paper builds the core talent theory system based on grounded theory.Finally,this paper constructs the quantification identification model and evaluation standard of the core talent on the basis of the theory system.Through the above research work,this paper made tentative research in the following aspects:first,this paper uses the grounded theory which is a scientific qualitative research methods to identify talent among characteristic industry town in Shandong province from a large number of raw materials,which is systematic,integrity,and scientific.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical system,this paper builds the quantitative model and scoring criteria of talent characteristics,which is operational practical.Thirdly,this research offers an effective method for the core talent identification of Shandong province's characteristic industry towns,and a quantitative theoretical tool for the practice of talent identification.This research can rich the regional human resources management theory and help towns develop talent.It will do good for the development of town domain economy and promote the construction of urbanization in Shandong province.
