Study On The Problem Of Sharing Educational Resources Among Universities And Colleges

With the arrival of popular higher education, relative shortage of higher educational resources and the imbalance of educational resources between supply and demand increasingly attract public attention. Universities and colleges urgently need to utilize the relatively scarce educational resources to the fullest in order to improve the condition of universities and colleges and to enhance the quality of higher education, and finally promote our country into higher education powerful country list as soon as possible.This paper mainly uses the literature method and research method to research the sharing of educational resources among universities and colleges of China. It is composed of five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the background and research significance of educational resources sharing, the research condition at home and abroad, as well as the research object and technical route and innovation points among universities and colleges in China. The second part is about the definition and theoretical basis of higher educational resources sharing. The author holds the idea that educational resource sharing among universities and colleges include the sharing of a variety of educational resources and using and the educational resources include the human resources, material resources and so on. While analyzing, the thesis uses the theory of property rights theory, the theory of economies of scale and agglomeration effect. The third part summarized the current situation of higher educational resource sharing, patterns and problems, and summed higher educational resources sharing mode by the content and the external form and analyzed problems of educational resources sharing as well; The fourth part is on the influence factors of China's higher educational resources sharing, pointing out that the resources, ideas, management system, operation mechanism, capital and other factors affecting the smooth conduct of educational resources sharing. The fifth part tries to proposed new model and strategy of China's higher educational resources sharing, and tried to promote and popularize the sharing model of the community of universities and colleges, which can be used as a reference path. By promoting the sharing of culture, the construction of the Internet platform and the community institutions, following the principle of sharing of educational resources, and analyzing the role of government, universities, markets in "Community of Universities & Colleges".Finally it stressed the need to establish a mechanism to balance the interests of supporting measures, and gradually look into the future of the sharing educational resources areas.
