As an important part of China's huge education system in the moment, the nonacademic education plays a more and more important role. But with the rapid development, there are also some problems in quality and management irregularity. Not only the market needs to face these problems, but also the national standards policy needs urgent perfect. In order to promote the healthy developing of the nonacademic education, the national standard policy should provide guidance and supervision.This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of China's nonacademic education and training industry and the relevant policies of the country, then, to find the problems in national standard policy problems, and to get the points which need to improve and enhance. By analyzing the present stage of economic development, the level of political and related theories, the paper evaluates the feasibility of improving national nonacademic education standard policy. Through the study on developed countries' nonacademic education development and related policies, compares and analyzes the experience which can be used in our national standards policy for nonacademic education.On the basis of these works, proposes ideas and policy recommendations for building national standard policy compliant to the nonacademic education. |
