Research On The Chengdu Vocational Colleges’ Career Planning Guidance For Students

Facing the social reality of growing pressure of employment, how to improve the employability and competitiveness of students to address the employment has become the focus of social attention. On the one hand, the reality of low employment to enable students to panic, on the other hand, high staff turnover and the difficulty of recruiting right people make companies distressed. This contradiction is caused mainly by the lack of career planning of college students. If college students make a career planning during the school time, draft the short-term and long-term goal, It would not be a phenomenon of "quit after graduation, unemployment after job-hopping".In this paper, the author make five vocational technical schools students and teachers as the research objects to analysis Career Planning through the students.We found that the students are widespread in the state of lacking career planning knowledge, and School’s counseling also can not meet the requirements of students. To solve these problems, this paper proposed to build a program in the career planning. On the one hand the students to establish a sense of career planning, clear understand self, shape self and improve self. On the other hand, the school should attach importance to the students career planning guidance, and increase teachers to provide students with better guidance services.The author describes the career and the career planning concept analyzed domestic and international career planning on the theory and practice. Atfter the investigation about Chengdu higher vocational technical school teachers and students about career planning, we pointed out some common problems on school career planning guide for students。On the basis of these problems the author put forward some suggestions, and hoped the advice can played an effective role.The innovation of this paper:1. The object of Research is more detailed. After referring to the existing research, the author found the research in the college students’career planning articles is many, but few of them was specialized in higher vocational colleges students。2. The information is more comprehensive. The author collected Information form two aspects of the teachers and students, through comparative analysis of these information, discovered the problems and proposed some feasible measures.
