In the process of student training,junior courses are one of the important stages. Junior school chemistry courses are mysterious for the students who eager to learn more knowledge. And it’s the initial phase of studying from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge. The teaching effect of junior high school chemistry course has an important influence on the cultivation of the students. So, the research on effectiveness of classroom teaching management strategies is meaningful.This paper focuses on the effective management of junior high school chemistry classroom teaching, the related literature foundation, summarizes the research status at home and abroad, expounds the significance of the research. This paper briefly introduces the general situation of thirteenth middle school in Baoding, and introduces the teachers, class and Laboratory of chemistry course. Designed for the school’s junior high school chemistry classroom teaching effective management of the teachers and the students’ questionnaire, two questionnaires are included in the 20 choice questions. According to the 7 teacher questionnaire and 750 students questionnaire analysis, summarized the management problems of junior high school chemistry classroom teaching management in the form of teaching, research and teaching management, the concept of traditional classroom atmosphere influence the effect of classroom teaching, and do the corresponding analysis of its causes.In view of the above problems, this article is discussed the effective management strategies and measures from four aspects, which are to strengthen the chemistry teaching in junior middle school, set up two levels of management system, the use of flexible teaching mode, and the establishment of a good classroom environment.
