| "Classroom Teaching" is the traditional basic teaching organization form in China,which can better relieve the present educational resources of "less land and more people" and "fewer teachers and more students".It can ensure the process of classroom teaching.With the deepening of China’s basic education reform,"large class system" teaching not only gives full play to its advantages,but also gradually exposed its shortcomings.While small class teaching is more and more favored by the front-line teachers.Due to the unbalanced regional development in China,the "Classroom Teaching" is still adopted in the compulsory education stage in some regions,and the "small class" teaching cannot be fully implemented.Based on the goal of effective teaching,this thesis paper combines "Classroom Teaching" with "Small Class Inquiry",and puts forward these two kinds of teaching modes in junior middle school chemistry.The transformation of classroom teaching mode also puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ classroom management,including classroom management from "static management" to "dynamic management".Teachers choose the appropriate classroom teaching mode according to the teaching content and carry out effective classroom management,which can better improve the teaching quality and implement the teaching tasks.The thesis paper focuses on the problem of "chemistry classroom teaching mode and effective classroom management in junior high school",and finds out the current research status of chemistry classroom teaching mode and classroom management by consulting relevant literature.Take Y school as the research object,through the interview and questionnaire survey of teachers and students,the school has a series of management problems in objective management,discipline management,interpersonal management,interpersonal relationship management,environmental management and student evaluation management.In view of these problems,the author analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and tries to apply the classroom teaching mode of "Classroom Teaching,Small Class Inquiry" to the chemistry teaching of the school,and puts forward the corresponding classroom management strategies based on the teaching mode.The first part of the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods,theoretical basis and related literature review.The second part of is the current situation investigation of the school,the problems of the school chemistry classroom management in the aspects of objective management,discipline management,interpersonal relationship management,student evaluation management and key management were discovered and the reasons were analyzed.The third part puts forward the classroom mode of "Classroom Teaching and Small Class Inquiry" based on the characteristics of junior high school chemistry classroom teaching.Through the exploration of the implementation conditions,the implementation process and the analysis of the implementation effect,the feasibility and effectiveness of the classroom management in the process of junior middle school chemistry classroom are also verified.The fourth part proposes relevant classroom management strategies based on the teaching mode of "Classroom Teaching and Small Class Inquiry" in junior high school chemistry,from five aspects: teacher team management,classroom discipline management,classroom interpersonal relationship management,classroom environment management,and classroom student evaluation management,in order to provide effective suggestions and assistance for frontline teachers engaged in junior high school chemistry teaching to improve classroom efficiency. |
