With the official introduction of the "double reduction" policy on July 24,2021,the "double reduction" policy aims to consolidate the main position of school education,requiring schools to fully implement the Party's education policy,implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education,strengthen the role of the main position of school education,and effectively improve the level of school education.To promote high-quality school development,and effectively improve the level of school education.In the context of this policy,improving school effectiveness is an important measure to effectively implement the "double reduction" policy.In the context of optimal governance of educational ecology,classroom teachers are under multiple pressures of moral education,teaching and education,home-school cooperation,classroom management,and teaching and research to improve quality.We need to propose effective classroom management effectiveness strategies to improve classroom management effectiveness in a good,fast,strong,and sustainable way,thus enhancing school management effectiveness and building a high-quality education system.Based on Professor Wen Hengfu's definition of the essence and characteristics of educational efficacy and related improvement methodology as the theoretical basis,this study compiled a questionnaire based on educational efficacy dimensions and used 336 classroom teachers from 11 public junior high schools in Daqing as the main respondents and interviewed some classroom teachers and principals.This paper used SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 as tools to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and to conduct validation analysis of the model with the main dimensions of purposefulness of classroom management,wholeness classroom management,continuity of classroom management,and topicality of classroom management.The results showed that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were all good,and the model fit index of the five dimensions was good.The SPSS interview method was used to explore the current situation of classroom management effectiveness in some public junior high schools in Daqing to identify the problems of low classroom management effectiveness from four levels:classroom teachers,students,parents,and schools,and to analyze the reasons for the problems in each of the four aspects,and finally to propose specific and effective strategies relying on each of the five dimensions of the model.
