In recent years, a lot of news about the class cadre of primary school students has been reported by the mass media, which has caused the concern of all circles of the society.In fact, the class cadre in the field of school education, from primary school to university has been a real existence, up to the class monitor, learning committee, sports committee, health committee, subjects class representative, down to the small group leader, it has the characteristics of clear labor division and overall responsibility.This study selected a class of primary school class in the case of the class cadre, to show a real class cadre's real situation in the school field, trying to reflect some problems in school education and class management, to study the personality characteristics of the research subject in the current class cadre system, and the reasons for the formation of these personality characteristic, hope to provide valuable reference for the education reform and class construction.This study is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction of the research background, including the researcher in the C elementary school's research process, t the class and the research object.The second part is the presentation of case story, starting from the study object's school education experience since kindergarten, describing the research subject's more than five years experience of class cadre, at the same time,analysis the impacts on the research subject from the important people and things in this period. The third part in order to more objective understanding of the research subject, the researcher use multiple perspectives to describe the research subject,about her own cognitive concepts and important others to her evaluation. In the fourth part, the researcher tries to discuss the personality characteristics of the research subject under the current class cadre system from the angle of social psychology, at the same time, the researcher use three aspects of social structure and personality, group process and symbolic interaction theory to analyzes the reasons of these personality characteristics.
