In this article, the teachers-student relation and the learning motivation are studied in LaiYuan Vocational Education Center by means of teachers-student relation questionnaires and learning motivation questionnaires. The study is carried on through the collective testing method. 621 questionnaires are distributed and 577 valid questionnaires are returned. The effective recovery rate is 92.9%. The results show that achievement motivation of the boys is obviously higher than that of girls in secondary vocational; that teacher-student relation and learning motivation differ greatly among different grades, especially the freshmen are significantly lower than the juniors, supportive, satisfactory or conflicting, and in motivation of teachers-student relation, deep, of surface or of achievement, whether they are going to college or to work; and that in or the majors, teachers-student relation and learning motivation are superior in agriculture, accounting and tourism. According to the results of related and regression analyses, good teachers-student relation and learning motivation show a positive correlation. |
