Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's vocational education system,which plays a vital role in students' own development and national talent training.However,for a long time,due to the incorrect concept of education and the influence of the title of "occupation",the education and teaching in most secondary vocational schools has gone in the opposite direction to the ordinary high school education,and the phenomenon of attaching importance to technology while ignoring culture is common in secondary vocational schools.Since 2017,the author has been engaged in Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school work and part-time teacher in charge the job,during my teaching,found the secondary raw state of the language learning,such as chat,doze off,staring blankly phenomenon in each section that has nothing to do with learning Chinese classes are commonplace in the class,the teacher assigned task after class and not high quality finish,resulting in language examination result unsatisfactory,the reason is no strong language learning motivation.In taierzhuang of zaozhuang Q vocational technical secondary school,for example,in the analysis summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant on the basis of the secondary vocational student's language learning motivation of literature,through the adoption of questionnaire,interview method,field observation and other methods,on the present situation of the secondary vocational student's language learning motivation has carried on the comprehensive investigation and study,sum up out of the secondary vocational student's lack of language learning,combining the theory of pedagogy,psychology,education psychology,etc,and contact their practical Chinese teaching work,try to put forward a series of excitation and related countermeasures to promote Chinese secondary vocational students learning motivation,fully stimulate the learning enthusiasm of the secondary vocational student language,We will further improve the quality of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,make up for the lack of research on Chinese learning motivation of secondary vocational students,enrich the theoretical basis of research on Chinese learning motivation of secondary vocational students,and provide some reference theoretical support for Chinese education practice,educational decision-making and educational evaluation of secondary vocational students under the background of the new curriculum reform.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters,the main content is as follows:The first chapter mainly describes the reason and research significance of this thesis,reviews the research status and trend of this topic at home and abroad,defines the relevant core concepts and introduces the research schools,thus determines the research methods of this thesis.The second chapter mainly takes the school from which the author teaches as an example,uses various methods to carry out a comprehensive investigation on students' learning attitude,methods,habits and teachers' teaching,summarizes the current situation of secondary vocational students' Chinese learning motivation,and takes this as the basis to find out the lack of Chinese learning motivation of secondary vocational students.The third chapter mainly from two aspects,internal factors and external factors perspective the secondary vocational student's language learning motivation,the fourth chapter,for the cause of the third chapter analyzes the key from the students themselves,classroom teaching,education resources,teaching evaluation and put forward a series of aspects such as environment,stimulate and improve the countermeasures for the secondary vocational student's language learning motivation.
