Along with China's industrialization and urbanization, a large number of rural labour force to cities, which leads to large numbers of rural children left behind, but in recent years the problem of school violence in rural children left behind are also showing increased and frequent gestures, so how to reduce and prevent the occurrence of harm and rural children left behind school violence is increasingly important.To understand the current situation of rural children left behind in school violence, the author first entered several villages and streets of Qianxinan A county in Guizhou province to conduct field surveys, using questionnaires, interviews and other methods, also aimed at the status quo of the local rural children left behind violence in schools, characteristics and harm to analyse. Based on the analysis of survey data, and researched and analysed the reasons for the local rural children left behind campus violence, mainly from the influence of three aspects,including family,school and society.For the rural left-behind ch ildren in school age, the influence of the shool is a top priority.For the school aspect influence on the rural left behind children in school violence, the author has selected A County Middle School, which has more than 170 rural children left behind, using cognitive behavioral theory, crisis intervention theory and the theory of Schutz interpersonal needs, and using the team grouping method for multiple team work aimed at improving the mental health of children left behind in rural areas, correcing deviant behavior, cleaning campus environment, to reduce and prevent the occurrence of rural children left behind school violence.While group work involved, the process for each group were analyzed at the end of the working group to assess the effect of the overall work of the Panel. The author concluded that the group work involved in rural children left behind school violence is necessary, feasible and effective, and also found deficiencies group work involved, the substantive work of the group work involved reflection, and children left behind school violence routing problem to explore.
