A Study On The Evaluation For Entrepreneurial Environment About A University Science Park On The Basis Of Entrepreneur Perception

University science park is an platform and service institution which is provided for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of higher learning,hi-tech enterprises incubation,Innovative entrepreneurial talent training and university-industry cooperation. It based on strong scientific research strength of the university and will be integrated intellectual resources of the university and other social resources advantages. University science park is a business incubation platform for college students in colleges and universities,on the study of entrepreneurship environment of university science park is beneficial to improvement and construction of the business environment and further improve the business incubation rate.College students entrepreneurs are the real experience of university science park on environment,the empirical research can be more in-depth understanding of A university science park entrepreneurial environment. This article mainly adopted the interview method and case study method,selected seven college students entrepreneurs of A university science park to in-depth interviews. According to the integrity of entrepreneurs' answer,I selected five representative college students entrepreneurs as the research sample,and combined with the construction of evaluation index system of entrepreneurial environment in the literature as well as the practical research of A university science park,designed the entrepreneurial environment evaluation index. According to the present and text analysis,the conclusions are the following:Entrepreneurship policy implementation, providing start-up financing platform,seeking market more convenient,enjoy complete hardware facilities;Policy propaganda,finance support is lacking, project development difficulty is different, the lack of management experience,technical support does not provide,equity allocation erosion,consulting services is difficult to balance, not property rights protection in place, entrepreneurial market on their own,infrastructure resources waste.In addition,on the basis of foregoing analysis,from the policy environment,project environment, technology environment, cultural environment, market environment,infrastructure environment seven aspects put forward some countermeasures as follows:1. Set up information platform;2.To strengthen the implementation of policies;3. The implementation of financial monitoring;4. To strengthen the financing support;5. Adjust the management institution;6. Strengthen project support;7. To strengthen the guidance of science and technology;8. Contact technical adviser;9. Promote consultation ability;10. Integrated services;11. For the connection of market;12. Strengthening the cooperation of the park; 13. A good hardware environment construction; 14.Create a good living environment.
