With the continuous expansion of the scale of China's colleges and universities, higher educations gradually step into the popular stage. Gradually, it increases the number of college graduates, thus, the graduate employment situation is increasingly grim. Employment issues related to the college students in China's economic development, social stability and progress, but also related to the implementation and the healthy development of higher education reform goals of colleges and universities. The employment of college students has become the premier chief issues which are urgently needed to be resolved. Students' problems in hunting a job is that they have no idea to realize their self-value and to show their abilities. However, the career guidance program is limited to Chinese universities graduating students, providing policy description, candidate's skills training content.This research, based on literature review and definition on related concepts that related to college career guidance curriculum, explores the significance of college career guidance curriculum's implementation to humanism curriculum theory, and analyzes the possibility and necessity of practicing humanism curriculum theory, which is on the base of humanism curriculum theory. Then, according to the opinions and demands of college career guidance curriculum from students, graduates, teachers and employers, this study, by the means of questionnaire, finds that there are problems of curriculum content on curriculum target setting and curriculum content selection. At last, this study brings humanism curriculum theory in college career guidance curriculum on curriculum target setting and curriculum content selection.This study college career guidance curriculum content module and specific content on the curriculum objectives of attitude, knowledge and skill. Then it designs college career guidance curriculum at all grades to meet the needs at present. By establishing the employment guidance curriculum throughout the college years, this study has great practical significance on our college's strengthening career guidance, graduates' changing from students to professionals, and students' successful employment.
