In recent years, non-governmental higher vocational colleges develop rapidly and become a new force for the cause of higher education in our country. It opens new prospects for vocational colleges, and higher education's structural deepened reform and massification. Meanwhile, people shall realize that social recognition degree is still not high, the overall teaching quality still remains to be improved. There are many factors affecting the quality of teaching, but teaching management has a direct influence on teaching quality. Therefore, teaching management should be focused before improving the quality of non-governmental higher vocational colleges.For now, non-governmental higher vocational colleges have many difficulties in teaching management, such as deviations in value orientation, imperfect teaching management system, relatively chaotic order, unreasonable teaching evaluation, and undound team etc. This not only affects the teaching order, but also hampers the further improvement of the quality and the long-term development of non-governmental higher vocational colleges. However, cause of this problem is multifaceted, for which their own educational philosophy of the school system are the underlying reasons. Thus, non-governmental higher vocational colleges should correct their wrong concepts and emphasize the teaching management works from a level of which they respect the law of education. They can make teaching management improved and promoted, and also the whole school's teaching quality.Taking Hunan XX Vocational Colleges as an example, the thesis studies the teaching management of non-governmental higher vocational colleges. The thesis firstly introduces the background and the significance of the title's research. Then it reveals the status of domestic and abroad vocational colleges' teaching management,and it expounds the concepts of non-governmental higher vocational colleges and teaching management. On such basis, it analyzes the problems and the reasons.Finally, in order to improve teaching management and teaching quality, the paper gives some suggestions to teaching management non-governmental higher vocational colleges for its long run.
