Government Support For Non-governmental Organizations In The Vocational Education And Management

As in recent years the rapid modernization of China's industrial development, we can often hear news about the shortage of skilled personnel. Vocational education get more and more attention and concern from the Government and community. The Government has promulgated relevant policy one by one to develop vocational education, but it seems doesn't contribute a vocational education revitalization. Admittedly, all reforms take time, we can hope for the future, but vocational education have a close relationship with the country and people'rich and safey, both to those young people who need to master skills to solve the employment problem and improve the bad situation of famility, or the much-needed personnel businesses, the benign development of vocational education are essential. Promote the development of vocational education is conduce to solve China's "Three rural issures", it also be a key word to the problem in the family, social stability, and be the important factor in the realization of a harmonious society.In this paper, I try to analyse the importance of vigorously develop vocational education and other countries experience in the development of vocational education , and pointed out that vocational education in China is faced with opportunities and challenges. With the practical problems of vocational education currently facing, I consider that non-governmental organizations can play a positive role in certain areas, to some extent on the development of vocational education,for example,in compensating for the absence of government functions, collecting community resources to supplement relating education funds, and promoting cooperation between enterprises and schools etc.In this paper I also discussed that non-governmental organizations has a special role on the development of vocational education.The Government should give them a accurate positioning, and provide the right support, guidance and management to ensure that their make active functions. At the same time, non-governmental organizations themselves need to develop and perfect. Based on the theories and the practice from the sum of their experiences, from the organization's purpose, organizational goals, organizational culture, human resources management and financial management, and other areas, I try to give advise in order to promoting internal reform of those non-governmental organization who participating vocational education.
