Non-governmental vocational school students are characterized by their distinctiveness and complexities. This essay mainly studies the differences between the non-governmental school students and the public school students as well as analyzes the difficulties in terms of the management of the non-governmental vocational school students through the analysis on the five aspects, that is, the non-governmental school students management system, the political ideology condition of students, their current learning status, psychological well-being, psychographic segmentation, and the campus culture construction. By contrast, the essay presents you the distinctiveness of the non-governmental school student management. The work of student management is based on relevant provisions standardizing students' thoughts and behaviors, helping students to grow up healthily and finish school smoothly, fostering students' good learning habits, living habits and behavior habits, enabling students to master the basic self-care abilities, autonomous abilities and the abilities of living independently.
